Jeff Carroll joined Macmillan as EVP, Marketing and Consumer Strategy. Most recently he was VP, Marketing for Radio.com. At Holt, Conor Mintzer joins as Associate Editor, moving over from his previous role as Assistant Editor at Flatiron Books.

Effective December 31, Larry Norton will retire as EVP and General Manager at IPG. Joining the company is Alisse Goldsmith-Wissman, Publicity Manager; she had been Associate Director of Publicity at InterVarsity Press.
